Upon purchase, you—the client—become a licensed user of the design with full commercial and personal use rights. This grants you an exclusive, extended license, ensuring that the design is only accessible to a limited number of subscribers.
Creator's Rights
While we remain the original creators of the design, we do not retain commercial resale rights for any designs delivered to our customers.
Reselling and Transfer Restrictions
The designs provided are non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer the rights to any design to a third party.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase the finished designs in our portfolio or marketing materials to highlight our creative work.
Unapproved Designs
Any designs that were not approved or downloaded during the subscription period remain our property. These may include initial concepts, alternative drafts, and previous iterations. Using, borrowing, or replicating elements from unapproved designs is strictly prohibited.
Usage of Unapproved Designs
We retain the right to repurpose and resell unused and unapproved designs in future projects or other commercial applications.
Ownership of Original Materials
All original preparation materials, sketches, and visuals that were not part of the final delivery remain the property of PodExclusive Store.
Future Use of Unused Ideas
We reserve the right to modify and reuse any unused design ideas for future conceptual work or new client projects. If an unused concept is repurposed, it will be sufficiently altered to prevent conflicts with existing customer licenses.
Distribution Restrictions
Clients are strictly prohibited from distributing the purchased designs for free or for resale.
